The Florida Supreme Court has spoken: There is no need for them to listen! The law is that only one homesteaded property can be claimed, regardless of where another may exist. A property owned in FL, even if deeded to only one party in the marriage, is not applicable for Homestead, if another property, somewhere, anywhere, is Homesteaded by the marital party(s).
